Africa continues to remain France's primary area of concern in the world. Although France has recently increased its involvement in Middle Eastern peace initiatives, it has made no such efforts on the Korean Peninsula. With the exception of China, France has not focused its attention on Asian nations. Therefore, France has failed to fulfill this commitment.
